- 6-inch skewers

Directions
- Mix sugar, water, sesame oil, gochujang, crushed garlic, ginger, and pureed kiwi together for the marinade
- Cut skirt steak into strips and then skewer them
- Add beef skewers into the marinade and let sit in the refrigerator for 4 hours or more
- Cook beef skewers on grill or pan until temperature reaches 155 degrees
