Ingredients
- Chicken thigh
- Lemongrass
- Soy sauce
- sesame oil
- sugar
- Carrots
- Daikon
- vinegar
- Sliced cucumber
- Cilantro
- French bread
- Mayo
Direction
- Combine and stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and lemongrass until sugar is completely dissolved
- Add chicken thigh to marinade and let soak for at least 5 hours refrigerated
- thinly slice carrots and daikons and add into vinegar
- Grill chicken until internal temperature reaches 165F
- Toast bread in oven until crispy on the outside
- Cut bread halfway through lengthwise
- Add mayo, chicken, cucumber, carrots, daikon, and cilantro
